Archbishop Germano Penemote, Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See, called on Federal Minister for Human Rights, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, in Islamabad today. Minister of State Barrister Aqeel Malik  was also present.
The Minister appreciated the Christian community's vital contributions to Pakistan, especially in education and social welfare. Both sides discussed areas of mutual interest, including the protection of religious minorities and the promotion of interfaith harmony.
